Translators

We desperately need J-E translators! We are also looking for Chinese-English translators. You do not need previous experience however, it would be good if you did have some experience. At the moment, there is no J-E translator's test however there is a C-E translator test. Please download the test at the forum and remember, there's no need for perfect english, we do have proofreaders after all.

Editors

We are currently looking for editors. Editors do not need to have previous experience although it would be good if you did. We are also willing to train any editors with potential as long as you know how to use Photoshop.

Duties:
  • Crop and Rotate the pages
  • Level the pages
  • Clean the pages [gutters, dirt, and text]
  • SFX [clean and clone back the areas covered with SFX]
  • Type the English text in the right place
  • Make sure that all text is set on Smooth

Typesetter

Duties:
  • Type the English text in the right place

cleaners

Duties:
  • Crop and Rotate the pages

Scanners

We are currently looking for people who are able to provide us with raw scans of different projects. We really need scans for HQ scans of Perfect Partner, Sono Hakui wo Nuide, and Houkago Orange! We also need HQ scans of any of our future projects!

Proofreaders

The proofreader's position is currently full. Thanks for your interest and check back with us later-we may have an opening!

Duties:
  • Make sure there are no spelling mistakes
  • Make sure that words are correct [Ex. You're and Your]
  • Make sure that sentences flow and have correct punctuation

Quality Checkers

Duties:
QCs need to be able to see any mistakes that editors make.
  • Spelling or Grammer errors
  • Whether the text is centered or not
  • Leftover dirt or gutters
  • Overlevelling
